Biography

Todd has more than two decades of experience in software engineering and engineering team management, especially in ocean-focused, data-intensive applications. At TCarta he collaborates with the team to produce and maintain software.  He also helps plan future directions for software development and project management. 

In his free time, Todd enjoys bicycling, sailing, and flat-picked guitar.
