Trident Tools SDB Software
Deployed in Esri’s ArcPro, the Trident Toolbox augments geospatial analyst capabilities and resources for mapping littoral environments. Users can integrate multispectral imagery from virtually any platform including satellite or unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV)s. End users can leverage freely available Sentinel-2 A/B imagery to produce 10m depths over broad regions, or for more targeted projects, Maxar’s WorldView platforms and user-collected imagery from UAV’s can be processed for higher resolution outputs. Repeat processing of archive and newly collected imagery allows end users to perform meaningful change detection to quantify morphological variations or monitor coastal conditions.
Within the Toolbox: BAG Creator • Glint Correction • In Situ Derived Shallow Water Mask • In Situ Sample Tool • Band Ratio Tool • Machine Learning Tool • QAQC Statistics Tool • Reflectance Threshold Tool
Common Applications: Conduct hydro survey planning • Use your own imagery & produce bathymetry • Infill data gaps • Monitor locations • Integrate SDB with other data sources

Cost-effective, low-risk alternative to traditional marine surveys; complementary technology for hydrographer’s toolbelt; sensor-agnostic (including drone imagery). With TCarta’s ICESat-2 Bathymetry product, this is a fully remote coastal mapping solution.
Any multispectral imagery, including UAV/drone imagery; ICESat-2 or other in situ source.
