Biography

Michaela holds a degree in Ocean Mapping from the Marine Institute of Memorial University. Before joining TCarta, she worked in offshore hydrographic surveying with a focus on bathymetric processing. Michaela first became interested in the ocean industry as a teenager by competing in MATE ROV competitions.

Her interests include reading, hiking, and organizing robotics competitions in her home of Newfoundland and Labrador.
